Funky Fruits Infusion - Organic

We offer several types of tea:

• Green tea: known for its antioxidant properties and delicate freshness.
• Black tea: appreciated for its rich flavors and energizing effect.
• White tea: a lighter tea, rich in antioxidants, ideal for lovers of mild flavors.
• Oolong tea: a partially fermented tea, halfway between green and black tea, with floral and fruity notes.
• Rooibos tea: a naturally caffeine-free infusion, with mild and slightly sweet flavors.

For the perfect green tea infusion:

• Heat the water to around 70-80°C to avoid burning the leaves.
• Use about 2g of tea per cup.
• Let it steep for 2 to 3 minutes for a perfect balance between sweetness and bitterness.
• Adjust the steeping time to suit your personal taste.

Green tea is known for its many benefits:

• Antioxidants: It is rich in catechins, powerful antioxidants that help fight free radicals and protect cells.
• Boosts metabolism: Green tea is often used to aid weight loss and boost metabolism.
• Improves brain function: Thanks to its moderate caffeine and L-theanine content, it can help improve concentration and alertness without causing jitters.
• Supports the immune system: The antioxidants in green tea also strengthen the body's natural defenses.

Black tea is an excellent source of antioxidants and is known to:

• Improve concentration thanks to its caffeine content.
• Support heart health.
• Aid digestion and metabolism.

White tea, which is rarer and less processed, is also renowned for its benefits:

• Powerful antioxidants: It contains an even higher concentration of antioxidants than green tea, helping to protect cells against aging.
• Skin health: White tea is often associated with protecting the skin from damage caused by free radicals, helping to maintain healthy, youthful skin.
• Reduced risk of heart disease: Regular consumption can help lower blood pressure and cholesterol levels, thereby supporting cardiovascular health.
• Soothing and low in caffeine: It is a particularly mild tea with a lower caffeine content, making it an ideal drink at any time of day.

Yes, most of our teas are certified organic. They are carefully selected for their superior quality and purity.

Green tea is unfermented, which gives it a lighter flavor and superior antioxidant properties. Black tea, on the other hand, is fermented, which gives it a bolder taste and a higher caffeine content.

Each type of tea has an ideal brewing temperature. Green tea is prepared at around 75-80°C, while black tea requires hotter water, around 90-95°C. Brewing for too long or at too high a temperature can alter the flavors.

It is recommended to store your tea in a cool, dry place, in an airtight container away from light to maintain its freshness.
