The Shoukâ manufacture was born in 2021 in Chamonix, created by Christian and Nathalie Duperrier, after discovering the
concept of "specialty coffee" and "bean to bar" chocolate in
New York, where they used to go regularly. Upon returning to France, they wanted to promote this new way of consuming, by putting the raw material at the heart of production. This is how Shoukâ, which takes its name from the former iconic restaurant "Choucas" in Chamonix, the mountain bird, became a manufacture of bean to cup specialty coffee and bean to bar chocolate.

Today, we have 4 tasting shops
: Chamonix, Annecy, Lyon 2 and Lyon 6 and all production is carried out between Cluses and Chamonix, in
Haute-Savoie.
