On October 5, Le Dauphiné Libéré published an article about the future Shoukâ roastery.
The article reports on the upcoming opening of the shop at the iconic Choucas location at 206 rue du Docteur Paccard in Chamonix, as well as the ongoing recruitment of 15 coffee and chocolate professionals who will join us on this new adventure.
